Our coaching/mentoring, dance and our bespoke products and services are unique and individual. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on online coaching/mentoring, dance workshops, products and services under any circumstances. We trust and believe that our clients must take radical responsibility to digest materials delivered. Unless for extreme measures such as loss or life threatening circumstances.
Clients have 24hr to cancel or change one on one coaching sessions and 12 hours to book in emergency one on one sessions. We aim to help You as best we can, whilst having integrity to building excellence and greatness.
